At US Novelty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique finds; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
